She received and honours degree in physical activity and health in 2018 completing modules in sport psychology and lifestyle management. Between studying and working two part-time jobs, Beth spent her spare at the gym where she developed a great deal of knowledge and experience in many different methods of training. This pushed her to start a career doing what she loved and she later qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Using her own weight loss journey as a driving force, the now recognisable brand of Body By Beth was created in 2017 to help inspire other women to improve their lifestyle and make healthier choices. In early 2024, Beth received her Level 4 in Personal Training, specialising in pre and post natal fitness, after having her own daughter in 2023 and realising the importance of exercise for the mental and physical well-being of mums.
