The Skinny Food Co
The Skinny Food Co is a family run business that was founded in 2018 after it was recognised that diabetic family members had to avoid a lot of sweet tasting foods. They now offer a massive range of zero sugar products including syrups, sauces, low calorie snacks and zero sugar peanut butter. Their forward-thinking has led to most of their products being palm-oil free and vegan. They approached Beth to come on board and work with them in February 2020 and it was a no brainer as their morals, values and desire to put seemingly 'unhealthy' options back on the menu were in line with Beth’s beliefs.
